Return/Refund Policy – We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any product we sell, we’ll exchange it, replace it, or refund your money within 30 days of purchase.

You must return the item in new (unused) condition in its original packaging. All returns must have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before shipping back to Neweve UK. You can get your RMA number by calling customer service at +(44) 744 881 9386. All returns will be evaluated before replacement is issued.

On standard inventory items, return authorization numbers may only be issued within 90 days of shipment; those returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

When shipping, please insure you return item(s) at full value. Neweve UK cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please note that we cannot issue refunds or accept returns on discontinued items or special/custom order products.

Cancellation Policy – You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped by calling 0811-354-0373 to cancel. Please note that special and custom orders cannot be canceled once the order has been finalized.
